At the start of the second season, Betty had to decide fast, if she still loves Henry, after eventually finding out that Charlie is carrying his baby. He had to leave for Tucson, AZ, so he can support Charlie and starts raising the baby.

Later on, Giovanni, a deli shop owner had a friendly relationship with Betty, which made Henry, Amanda and Hilda suspicious, that Gio can and may be the new man for Betty.

Daniel later on recovered from his car accident, but Alexis had an amnesia forgetting about her past life. She forgot about how she was changed into woman and how her father maltreated her. Bradford took advantage and claimed how he took care of Alexis. Later Wilhelmina wanted to marry Bradford Meade, but later on Betty discovers the affair of Wilhelmina with her body bodyguard, who had intimate relations the night before the wedding. Later on, Bradford had a heart attack during the wedding and dies. Wilhelmina is fired by the Meade Family.

Amanda started checking out who her family was with Wilhelmina’s assistance, and she listed names on which she can ask about her dad, her dad started leading to Rock legend Gene Simmons.

Marc finds a love partner at St. Paul, who had a profession as a professional photographer, despite having an unattractive face, Marc accepts him as a real boy friend.
