There has been a decline in the ratings Ugly Betty but there is something that is going up in the show and that’s Wilhelmina Slater. There is a considerably more scheming expected from that character after she was asked to stay in Mode and there is much more for Willy as we keep learning more about with time and actress Vanessa Williams said we will all learn about the many layers of this character with her facing more obstacles and they will be the good ways to get to know about all her sides. As many times as she opens her hearth and becomes vulnerable she is again hurt which adds another brick in her wall fortification and the wall is getting higher and higher.

Vanessa Williams went on to say she was very happy on the role and said she will not lose her edge and people want to see her and hear the witty statements. One of the major things that are going to happen now is he daughter coming back and Willy will be there regardless of anything. William said that the situation brings out the protective and motherly figures in her and is another wonderful paring and it goes to show us that she will do everything to protect her child.

Romance has also been a subject for Wilhelmina and now it might just mature. The Connor and Willy storyline showed her softening and surrendering for love with a man who is not undermining her while it appears that it might also work out in every way for her with her career and also the man together.
